Hi, I’m Lin — the quiet girl behind Hue Out Loud.

I’ve always been someone who enjoys staying at home, keeping to myself, and finding comfort in simple things. I don’t like socializing much, and most days, I’m happiest in my own little world.

I’m married to a wonderful husband, and sometimes we travel together — and yes, I always make a peace sign in every photo. It’s my tiny signature of joy.

Life hasn’t always been straightforward for me.
I’ve changed jobs more times than I expected, always searching for something that felt like “home,” something that gave me purpose.

There were moments when I felt lost… moments when the future looked foggy and uncertain. I started losing interest in the things I used to enjoy. Nothing felt exciting. Nothing felt like me.

Until coloring found me.

I didn’t start coloring because I was talented or artistic.
I started because I needed something — anything — to help me feel again.

And somehow, the quiet act of filling a page with soft colors became the one thing that brought me a sense of calm, comfort, and hope.

Coloring didn’t demand anything from me. It didn’t judge me. It didn’t require me to socialize or pretend. It simply let me breathe, at my own pace.

Hue Out Loud was born from that small, gentle spark — the kind of joy that grows slowly, quietly, from the inside.

Today, I create cute, easy-to-color pages for people who want the same comfort I found:
a moment of calm, a soft breath, a little escape, a space where your mind can rest.
