Thank you for shopping with Hue Out Loud. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads.
Once your payment is confirmed and your files have been delivered (either by direct download or email), your purchase is considered final.
We are unable to accept returns, provide refunds, or exchange items simply due to:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchase

• Incompatibility with software or devices

• Failure to download after successful delivery

Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the rare case that:

1. You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading the files; and

2. Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for review.

To process a refund request, you must provide:

• Your order number

• The email address used for the purchase

• Proof of issue, such as a screenshot or description showing that you are unable to access the digital product

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Free Downloads

Free items are provided as-is and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or technical support.

• Proof of issue (e.g., screenshot showing the problem)

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Hue Out Loud reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or appear to be fraudulent.
